We have had this for about three years now, and still works well. While this can slice and shred many vegetables such as carrots and potatoes quite well, we use this mostly for blending pastry mixes and cold butter cake icing (as pictured). I took everyone’s reviews of just about every processor out there under consideration, and thought that maybe I should wait, and try to save up for the gold standard of my former profession- the Robot Coupe.
