  2. Worthwhile addition to cookbook library Really good cookbook. Lots of beautiful pictures. Pretty easy recipes, with ingredients most people can get unless you live in a very small town. If you are reading this review then you likely could order ingredients online if necessary. End of book has a list and description of ingredients, spices, etc used in Thai cooking. Very accessible book if you want to make your own Thai, but don’t want to deal with a huge list of ingredients and complicated cooking steps, but not so over-simplified…
