  1. The Pictures & Layout Are Great The book is designed nicely. The variety it offers is hard to find. I disagree with one part. Listing “Salt” for a fermenting recipe. I’d previously used Iodized salt & wondered why my Sauerkraut didn’t bubble, change color, & ultimately ferment after 14 days. I’ve read both, that the type of salt does matter & that it does not matter. From my experience, the salt that is used must not contain iodine.
